Let me just say that our first interaction with her made us feel comfortable and confident that my wife and I were gonna get treated just like family. After finding the perfect vehicle we decided to move forward with the purchase and I will say that the process was so easy with no stress or pressure. Ouafaa is truly one of a kind! I was shopping around a few different dealerships to weigh out my options, but as soon as I came into Executive Kia and met Ouafaa she put me at ease. She took the time to show me different cars and ensure I got everything I was looking for within my price range. She had more faith in my financial situation than me so when I did get approved it was emotional for myself but also Ouafaa cared SO MUCH!
