I went in for a typical oil change and was there for almost 3 hours. They didn’t tell me in advance that a tire rotation and alignment would keep me there longer, they need to communicate time adjustments prior than change the course of maintenance
Went in for an oil change that took longer than usual. Waited about three hours and ended up late for my final college exam. Had to continuously ask the worker how much longer ... They worked on my car rushed and never reset the oil notification in my vehicle therefore it still says service past due etc.

From the moment I walked into the dealership, Mike was professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle. I come here for my oil changes specifically for the complementary multi point inspection. In the past, I have gotten a piece of paper with a full breakdown of every point they inspected and where it was at. I didn't get one this time. Also, in the past, when I have gotten my oil changes here, they have sent me a very in-depth video, showing me everything underneath my car, this time they only really showed me the tires.
