I recently purchased a 2027 Kia Sportage Prestige from Executive Kia. The experience from first walking in to look for a new car and driving out with the new car was exceptional. I can’t say enough of how much our salesman Mike Duffy did to find me ‘Stanley’. Wonderful and helpful throughout the whole process. The staff is extremely friendly and finance manager went over every detail to make sure we were happy and all our questions were answered. I highly recommend this dealership for your next purchase. My wife and I had an excellent experience buying our Kia Carnival at Executive Kia. Mo patiently worked with us, answering every question, clearly showed the different trim levels, and walking us through all our options.
Not once did we feel pressured, "sold," or rushed. Mo simply presented options that fit our needs and helped us make the best decision. My oil change took over 2 hours. I don't need a video of the car I drive. I need to be able to get a diagnostic when I requested one.
