Manager on duty was extremely combative. They did not complete the service needed bc although I mentioned that I needed a part repaired and asked that they order it so it would be in stock when I came they did not. I was told that they don't do that by said manager. Which should have been mentioned to me when I called and requested it. I wasted 3 hours of my day for them to tell me I had to bring it back another day. Which although was a nuisance was not my main issue. The main issue was the way the manager got combative when I mentioned that they should have told me that their policy was not to order parts until they diagnosed the issue themselves. Even after I said I didn't want to argue, the gentleman continued to talk down to me. I will never return. On a side note Crowley Kia service was phenomenal!

The dealership provided a purchase agreement by 15 August 22 in time to meet the existing ev credit deadline, and followed up once the vin was identified for delivery. The sales consultant was responsive to all my questions.
The dealership did not add the lein holder to my registration and canceled my registration while I was over several hundred miles away in Las Vegas.if I had gotten pulled over I would of had to have my car impounded.l and would be ticketed. When I returned to the dealership for the second time I brought my old cars registration to transfer the plates to my old vanity plates but the dealership took it upon themselves to issue a new plate the same day I arrived to do a transfer eventhough I had email correspondents stating they would transfer my old plates to my new car. I am a registered nurse working 14 hour night shifts I don't have time to dilly dally and go to the dmv to do what the dealership should have. Why did I pay a registration and paperwork fee if I was inconvianced have g to return to the dealership on my day off "40 minutes away" and have to fix the registration myself at the dmv thus wasting another precious day off. I will not refer executive to any of my nursing friends. The only good thing was the sales rep she was great. Everything else that followed..... was a disaster. If I knew what I know now when I was looking for a car I would have went to milford kia and save me time and energy.
I was quite nervous, but everyone made me feel comfortable & confident throughout the ordeal of buying a car… I didn’t feel persuaded or pushed… I feel confident that Executive Kia has an amazing crew, I would definitely go back to Executive Kia again & and convince friends & family to go to Executive Kia..

This dealership is very customer oriented and does a good job with keeping the customer advised of all service being done on the car during the appointment.
I only buy Kia’s, the dealership it’s self is not bad but every person in there tries to rush to buy a car. I felt like I was rushed every second of the way. Before I even knew my interest rate on the car I was being told to connect my phone to the car. I wouldn't buy a car here again or send anyone else there. I rather stick to Branford or old saybrook Kia.
Not having purchased a car in many years the team at Kia made the experience an enjoyable rewarding experience. We went in that day not intending to purchase then and decided because of their easy , informative , professional approach convinced us to sign before we left that day .
