Simply the best buying experience I’ve had since 1995. The entire team has excellent customer focus. Cristian was informative, supportive and thorough without being at all pushy. I also appreciate that I received their best quote first, and didn’t need to haggle. I completed my due diligence; Executive Kia quoted the best price for my car over three other dealers. I also questioned current owners waiting for their cars being serviced and only heard rave reviews. I felt cared for and appreciated throughout the process, which remains ongoing! Receiving a call from a salesperson after the sale to ask how you feel about your purchase and if you have questions is unheard of, but it just happened with Cristian. Way to go Executive Kia!

This is my 3rd car from Executive Dealer. I’ve bought one and leased two, and I’ve had such a great experience every time. Even though it’s about a 30-minute drive for me, I won’t go anywhere else for my service or when it’s time for another car. Ouafaa has been the person I’ve worked with every time, and she is wonderful. She’s always so helpful and makes the whole process easy and comfortable. I normally don’t write reviews but, my wife was looking for a Kia Sorento and we went to four dealerships. Well needless to say we ended up at Kia of Wallingford and had the pleasure of being greeted by a wonderful woman named WaFa. Let me just say that our first interaction with her made us feel comfortable and confident that my wife and I were gonna get treated just like family. After finding the perfect vehicle we decided to move forward with the purchase and I will say that the process was so easy with no stress or pressure. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Ouafaa. I brought my 83-year-old mom in to buy her very first brand-new car, and Ouafaa made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free from start to finish. She was so patient with us and really took her time showing different options that worked within my mom’s budget. What stood out most was how much care she put into making sure my mom felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. She even sat right in the car with her and walked through all the features so that when my mom drove off, she felt completely at ease. My mom was thrilled, and honestly, so was I.
