I brought my 83-year-old mom in to buy her very first brand-new car, and Ouafaa made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free from start to finish. She was so patient with us and really took her time showing different options that worked within my mom’s budget. What stood out most was how much care she put into making sure my mom felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. She even sat right in the car with her and walked through all the features so that when my mom drove off, she felt completely at ease. My mom was thrilled, and honestly, so was I.
